Patriarca Era Joseph “J.L.” Lombardo. Joseph “J.L.” Lombardo was a Boston based mobster with the Patriarca Crime Family who served as one of Raymond Patriarca’s Underbosses after merging the Boston and Providence Factions becoming known as New England Mafia.
